The day I start my new, happy, healthy life. I will begin a diet with the help of my friend Leslie. Usually, change makes me super nervous, but this is good change. I cooked for about 2 hrs today and have packed my meals for the next few days and am ready for the huge change my body is about to endure. My friends that know are being pretty supportive with the exception of a few negative nancy’s here and there. I just need to push their voices out of my mind and stay focused. Easier said than done, I know, but I am determined to make this stick. It’s late and I need enough sleep, so I will explain my “jumpstart” plan tomorrow.
